The CPU fix fan issues can be fixed in a number of ways. If none of these fixes resolve the issue, there must be a problem with your BIOS settings. Use this approach to fix the problem.
1. Turn off the computer.
2. To access your system's BIOS, restart it and begin pressing the DEL key.
3. Select the Hardware monitor section after selecting Advanced Settings.
4. Turn on the "Active Heat Sink" and "Fan Duct with Fan" and turn off the "Passive Heat Sink" and "Fan Duct without Fan."
5. Close the BIOS after securing your modifications.
